Chibitronics and Lawn Fawn Card Kit

Welcome to my post featuring the Chibitronics and Lawn Fawn Kit.  I think it is so wonderful that Chibitronics and Lawn Fawn have gotten together to design a card kit. Eiko from the Chibitronics Design Team has extremely clever cards, she helped design the kit.

For my card I used the papers from the kit and the circuit design.  I used two Lawn Fawn stamp sets; "Oh Gnome" and "Charge Me Up for Chibitronics".

I started out by painting a galaxy sky on water color paper.  I went with a pastel palette, "Pastel Dreams" from Prima.  When the sky was dry I used "Large Cross-Stitched Circle Stackables" dies from Lawn Fawn to die cut the circle.  I also diecut the little heart and taped a piece of colored velum behind it.  I stamped and watercolored the gnomes and the lantern and fussy cut the images.  I adhered the pieces of the card front together on a piece of patterned paper included in the kit.  I did mark on the pattern paper first where the lights were to shine through and used a craft pick to punch the small holes.

I made the circuit using the plan Eiko designed for the kit.

I adhered the card front to the circuit using some foam tape so there is some clearance for the battery switch.

This kit is adorable and anyone you gift a special Chibitronics card too will be wowed.

I hope you are enjoying seeing the many ways this kit can be used.
