Friendly Hi

Online card classes latest class is focused on using Hero Arts products.  Online Card Classes are very well done and I love Hero Arts products so I was very excited about this class.  I made this card based on a lesson from Jessica Frost-Ballas on the Online Card Classes "Stamp Happy" class.

I loved the rich bold colors of Jessica's card and the sparkle.  Her video has some very helpful tips such as how she stamps layering stamps.

I blended three shades of Distress Inks on light pink cardstock and set aside to let dry.  I stamped and die cut the layering butterfly and also diecut a piece of fun foam to add under the butterfly for some dimension.  I heat embossed the sentiment on velum using black Versafine ink and clear embossing powder.  I stamped the floral background image and embossed with a clear glitter powder.  

I  love how this card turned out.  I'm also sharing this at the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge, "No Designer Paper".
