Papersmooches Halloween Card

I created this card for the October Guest Designer Search for Papersmooches.    I love the fun, quirky and distinctive style of Papersmooches stamps and Dies.  I stamped the witch on water color cardstock with Antique Linen Distress Ink.  I then watercolored the image.  When it was dry I added Wink of Stella to the witches dress and hat.  I went around the eyes with a black pen before adding some glossy accents.  I used Papersmooches stamps "Halloweenies" and "Spookalicious" and the Papersmooches "Banneriffic" dies.
