I am back with more course work for the Altenew Educator Program. I have been working on this course for a few weeks now and decided to share my course work that I have completed for 5 of the required classes today. This card was created using techniques and tips from Carissa Wiley's course "Let It Shine". This fun class is all about adding glitter and shine to your projects. For my card I used Altenew's "Hennah Elements" stamp set. I was inspired by Carissa's lesson on glitter pens. I embossed the images using a silver and iridescent glitter powder from Wow! I then watercolored the images with a glitter pen and Distress Ink. Once dry I adhered the images on a piece of white cardstock I dry embossed with a circle die. I added some more sparkle by adhering Nuvo glitter to the edge of black cardstock using white glue. I used a piece of fun foam in between the layers to add some dimension.
Thank you for stopping by I will be back later with more cards for the Altenew Educator Program.
