Birthday Wishes Tag

  The tag made by the designer Jen Mitchell has such bright cheerful colors.  

Hello!  The card I made today was inspired by the Tag You're It! Challenge.  The tag made by the designer Jen Mitchell has such bright cheerful colors, and her design is fantastic.

For my tag I stamped images from Paper Smooches Botanicals 2 set with Versamark ink and embossed in clear.  I than sponged on Distress ink (Picked Raspberry, Abandoned Coral, and Mustard Seed), and flicked on some drops of Glimmer Mist.  Once this was dry I covered the tag with a clean piece of printer paper and ran a dry hot iron over it to melt off the embossing powder.  The wishes I die cut using my Silhouette.  I cut the wishes sentiment several times gluing it together to create some depth (this was a bit fiddly I used a pin to spread glue on the sentiment as it was fairly small).  The Birthday stamp (from Studio Calico)I embossed in white.
