Hello! I'm here today sharing what I did with the watercolor background I posted about a couple weeks ago. I used shimmery Twinkling H2O watercolor paints on the waves. The wave image was stamped on watercolor paper with black ink then I heat embossed it with shiny clear embossing powder.
For some more shine I added Crystal Clear Nuvo drops to the diedcut "Hello". Lots of time to join the "Sparkle and Shine" challenge at A Blog Named Hero.
