At a Blog Named Hero our November challenge is to Copy a Designer and we are using fantastic products from Neat and Tangled and Hero Arts.

For my second card for this challenge I choose to draw inspiration from a lovely card made by Lisa Stein. You can find Lisa's post here with how she made her card here.

For my card I diecut the sentiment from Neat and Tangled and used Hero Arts gold embossing powder to emboss it three times. I layered the embossing powder by rubbing the die cut words on a Versamark pad, applied the embossing powder then set the word in a shoe box lid to hold it while heating it. I then added the next layer in the same way on top of the previous layer.
The background is the Hero Arts background stamp "Forest and Deer" stamped with Hero Arts "Mint Julep ink". I used a stencil brush to add some ink around the edge.
I adhered the die cut snow flakes (Hero Arts "Paper Layering Snowflakes". I finished the card off with some Neat and Tangled "Crystal Clear" sequins and a dot of gold Stickles in the center of each sequin.
Thanks for stopping by, I hope you are inspired to play along with this months challenge at A Blog Named Hero.
