You Lift Me Up

Hello!  Sharing my card for the My Favorite Things 2017 Card Design Superstar Challenge.

 

I created this card for the Innovation Master category.

 I made a light up shaker card using My Favorite Things stamps and Dies and Chibitronics lights.  When the recipient pulls out the tab the card lights up.

I made a background by applying Distress ink and Distress Oxide Ink on Bristol paper.  I blended the sky to look like a sunrise.  For the stamped images I colored them with Copic markers and fussy cut them out.  I stamped the balloon on the background so the strings would be there and adhered the fussy cut pieces on top of the stamped image.  I added some Wink of Stella to the balloon.  I diecut the frame six times and adhered the layers together to build a shaker window.

  I built my Chibitronic circuit on a piece of card stock placing the light where I wanted the sun to be.I diecut a circle out of fun foam and adhered it around the Chibi light so that the light would only shine within the area of the circle.
