Hello! I'am here today to share with you the card I made for A Blog Named Hero. This month we are collaborating with Jane's Doodles, I used the adorable Nuts About You stamp set.

The challenge theme this month at A Blog Named Hero is CAS (Clean and Simple).

To make my card I did some masking and ink sponging. I stamped the little otter form Jane's Doodles on kraft cardstock and masking paper. Fussy cut the mask and placed it over the image on the kraft card stock. I than placed the Hero Arts stencil over the card taping it in place with a low tack tape. I used a sponge applicator to apply white ink over the stencil on part of the card, since the white ink was pigment I needed to let it dry for a while. Once the white ink was dry I used stencil brushes to apply the blue ink through the stencil, I choose to use the brushes because they apply a lighter layer of ink and I find the make it easier to apply the ink smoothly.
I removed the stencil and once the inks were dry I heat embossed the sentiment and hearts than colored all the images with pencil crayons. I assembled the card, adhering all the layers together than added some clear Nuvo drops for some embelishement, I love how the clear drops look like water droplets.
Thanks for coming by. I hope to see your CAS creations for the challenge at A Blog Named Hero.

So adorable! I love your masking and stenciling!
