Sometimes (mostly when I have the time) I make a couple different versions of a card and get my kids and husbands opinion on them. This time from the two I made my family picked the green and blue version (the second card pictured above), they liked the iridescent glitter on it. I made this card with a Hero Arts "My Monthly Hero" kit. I stamped the rose 3 times water colored the images, die cut the layers and adhered the rose together with foam tape for some dimension. I made this card to play along with the texture challenge at A Blog Named Hero. I added texture to my card using glitter and the green mat is embossed with a linen pattern.
