Water Colored Monkey

The last card I'm sharing today is for the Fusion Challenge.  We can go with using the photo inspiration, the sketch or both.  I used colors from the photo and the sketch for my layout.

I stamped the image on watercolor card stock and colored it using Inktense pencils which I blended with water.  for my chevron back ground I used a sponge applicator to apply distress ink through a stencil to water color card stock  I than flicked some water on the inked portions before removing the stencil.  I got a lot of stamps for Christmas, this set is new to me too so again I am entering in the Something New Challenge with Simon Says Stamp.
