On the Road Tag

Went for a one layered masculine tag when I created this.  I changed the scene from rural to city when creating my tag.  Erin's watercolored tag (for Tag You're It! challenge #39) inspired me to use watercolors to colour my tag.  I stamped the images (masking the car) using water proof ink.  I than used some masking fluid on the buildings and clouds before painting the sky. I made the enamel dots myself by melting Perler Beads in the oven (first batch I overcooked but second batch worked well). When selecting my colours for my tag I kept in mind I wanted to also join it with the Papersmooches January challenge to use four colours.
