Water Colored Deer

SFYTT31_DEC15 Simon Monday Challenge Blog

I used stamps from Reverse Confetti Design Co. set "Jolly Holiday".  I stamped the deer on a diecut piece of watercolored cardstock than masked the image using liquid frisket.  I than embossed the snowflakes before watercoloring the background.  When the background was dry I removed the mask from the deer and painted it. I added some glossy accents to its nose for added shine.

Some of the supplies I used:
Stamps:  Reverse Confetti "Jolly Holiday"
Cardstock:  Papertrey Ink and Stampin' Up
Patterened Paper and Washi Tape: Stampin' Up
Paints: Peerless and Zig Real Color
Embossing Powder: Ranger Embossing Pearl Silver

Thanks for coming by for a look.
