The challenge at the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog is X,Y,Z... I went with Y and used yellow in making my card. I also wanted to play along with the Lawnscaping Challenge to try a new technique. I went through some PDF's from Online Card Classes and found a technique taught by Jennifer Mcquire that I hadn't tried. I spritzed some glimmer spray and some water on my craft mat to create a small puddle. I then took a mini blender tool and smooshed it in the distress ink pad hard to get it really inky before soaking up the glittery puddle. I then pressed the mini blender onto water card stock to create the rainbow colored circles. When dried I stamped and embossed in white images from Lawn Fawns Summertime Charm stamp set. I splattered the piece with some diluted distress ink in Squeezed Lemonade. I flattened the piece overnight under a heavy object. The yellow card base was stamped with Impression Obsessions Spatter background stamp before I adhered the front panel. The sentiment has some foam tape under it for some dimension.

You card is amazing! I love the technique you used, it is so pretty! Thank you for playing the Lawnscaping Challenge!
