Papertrey May Blog Hop Challenge


I wanted to join in this months Paper Trey Ink Blog Hop.  The inspiration is this colorful photo.  

Blog Hop Inspiration
I first embossed the butterflies on a piece of watercolor paper before adding water and watercolor paints.  Once the piece was dry I wiped off the embossed images to remove paint than left it under a heavy box for several hours to flatten.  I used the fussy cutting technique shared in Make It Monday #212 for cutting out the embossed sentiment.
All of the stamps I used are from Paper Trey Inks Beautiful Butterflies set.
