I'm still enjoying trying out watercolour techniques. Make It Monday shares a fun watercolor technique this week with a "Watercolor Background Technique" taught by Betsy Veldman. I used Papertrey Inks sets "Wet Paint" and "Cupcake Collection" to make this card.
