I used the Paper Smooches "Party Pals" stamp for this card. I colored it with various Copic and Spectrum Noir markers added some glitter jelly roll pen to the cats pearls and hat. And of course one of my favorite things to do is adding some Glossy Accents to the eyes, kind of gives it a googly eye effect.
I popped the stamped piece up with foam tape for some added dimension and interest.
