Framed Flowers

A card today for this weeks Muse challenge.
This is the current inspiration by Lynn Mangan;

I was inspired by the frame and the pretty little flowers.  I also added texture to my navy panel using an embossing dye.  For some added dimension and texture I put glossy accents on the flower .I added the rhinestones to the flower centers while the glossy accents were still wet.

Supplies:
Cardstock and Ink: Stampin' Up
Stamps and Dyes: Papertrey Ink
Twine: Lawn Fawn
