Neon Balloons

The Muse inspiration this week is this pretty one Layer Card by Michelle Williams:


I used Michelle William's idea of surrounding the sentiments with images.   The stamps I used are from Paper Smooches.  I used Neon Hero Arts Ink.  I embossed a few balloons but they didn't turn out well so I coated them with crystal stickles which actually I think I like the balloons better with some sparkle.
