This card was made by my 8 year old daughter. She is very creative and is constantly making things out of paper. I recently bought her a set of Hero Arts stamps, ink cubes and a role of washi tape and she has been using them to make awesome cards without any help.
I'm entering her card in the current Anything Goes challenge at Simon Says Stamp.
