Flowers and Polka Dots

I made this card using the layout for the Seize the Birthday challenge.  The colors and flowers were inspired by the Tuesday Trigger at Moxie Fab World.
I saw the flowers with the delicate looking stems and the red, white and soft blue.  I went through my stamps and found some flowers from Stampin Up I think I have never used.  I added some frosted lace stickles to the centers instead of buttons.
