Watercolor stamped rose

I made this card using the Make it Monday technique at Papertrey Ink of watercolor stamping and embossing.  I used two pink reinkers for the Papertrey Ink Rose stamp from the Rosie Posie collection and two different greens for the leaves.  I embossed the step two stamps in white.  I added some patterned from Crate Paper and used an alphabet from Stampin' Up to stamp the word hope.  I was inspired to create this card for the current challenge at CAS-ology.

CAS-ology also added this handy checklist of what makes a Clean and Simple card.

Thanks for stopping by,
Kelly

  5. I think the 2 & 3 step stamps are perfect for a technique like this - love the darker colors you have used!
