Gloomy day here, perfect for staying inside and catching up with some Pattern Play projects (the online card class I'm taking). The flower on this card was inspired by the techniques shared by Betsy Veldman. I fussy cut two flower images from patterended paper designed b Teresa Colins. I attempted to embroider french knots on the center of the poppy but it's been awhile since I have embroidered and I just couldn't get them to work. So I sewed on some glass beads to the flower instead. I used a new embossing die to create the stitching holes for the "Wish" sentiment.
I would like to enter this card in two challenges. The challenge this week at CAS-ual Fridays.

Also entering it at the current challenge at Seize the Birthday.
