Brayer and Butterflies

I decided to try this weeks Friday Mashup Challenge, it's the first time I have tried one of their challenges and it sounds fun.

So here is the "Mashup" Challenge:

1. Make a project using the "Sketch".
2Or Make a project using "Butterflies & Your Brayer".
3. Or "Mash it Up" and create a project with "your Brayer using the Sketch and add some Butterflies".

This morning I made a card for challenge #3.  I embossed a piece of white cardstock with poppys than used a brayer to apply banana yellow paint over the image.  I found the yellow paint a bit garish so to tone it done I applied some White Picket Fence Distress ink over the dried yellow paint.  I die cut the butterflies from patterened paper.

I'm also entering this in the current Simon Says STAMP anything goes challenge.
Supplies used:
Butterfly Die, Embossing folder and Primrose Petals Ink Pad all from Stampin' Up
White Picket Fence Distress Paint Tim Holtz
Sentiment stamp Lawn Fawn
White Card Stock Bazzill
Knee High patterned paper from Basic Grey
other: banana yellow paint, gems, dimensional tape

Thanks for stopping by
Kelly
