Neon Butterfly


Another card idea from Clean and Simple 2 online class.  Its a grey gloomy day here and two of my kids are home sick so I needed something to perk me up.  I saw the neon paper in my quilling stash yesterday and wanted to use it.  I used my frosty white color box ink pad for this card which I had contaminated with a dirty stamp so now it is more hint of pink than white.  I embossed it with white embossing powder and used a white gel pen to cover up some of the pink the embossing powder missed.
